Nimco Hand Machines
NiMCO manufactures three types of hand machines, designed for gable-top carton packaging:
- MB (Manual Bottom Sealer)
- MT (Manual Top Sealer)
- CP (Cap Pack Applicator for cartons that require a cap)
Each hand machine is designed to perform a specific task in the packaging process. The MB seals the bottom of the carton, while the MT seals the top of the carton after it has been filled with the product. For cartons requiring a cap, the CP machine applies the cap to complete the packaging.

Operation:
Two hand-operated machines are required to fully seal a carton:
- A hand-operated bottom sealing packaging machine dedicated to sealing the bottom portion of gable-top cartons.
- A hand-operated top sealing packaging machine dedicated to sealing the top portion of gable-top cartons after filling.
The optional NiMCO Hand Cap Applicator machine is available for cartons that require a cap.
